Telesales Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to manage outbound and inbound calls, engage with potential and existing customers, generate leads, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to achieve assigned targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations. Schedule meetings, demos, or appointments for the sales team. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and services. Maintain and update customer information in CRM or internal systems. Explain company products and services professionally. Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues when required. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly calling reports. Required Skills Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities. Good listening and customer-handling skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM). Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Strong follow-up, negotiation, and time management skills. Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach. Qualification Graduate in any discipline. MBA (Marketing/HR/Operations or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
