AfterQuery is hiring reliability, quality, process, and test engineers to create realistic engineering analysis problems and work them through to reference answers. The project-based work supports frontier AI labs in evaluating model judgment and is performed asynchronously. Responsibilities Author realistic engineering analysis problems drawn from your work: designed experiments, process control, reliability and failure dataWork each problem through to a reference answer, with the reasoning behind every stepCatch the analysis mistakes that look reasonable but only a practitioner would spot Qualifications Degree in engineering, physics or statistics3+ years full time in a reliability, quality, process or test role (internships and school don't count)Hands-on experience with design of experiments, statistical process control or reliability analysisComfortable with Minitab, JMP, Python or RStrong written English and able to explain an analysis clearly Preferred Master's degree in enginee
