Define and communicate product vision, objectives, and success metrics. Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned to business goals. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and growth initiatives. Product Ownership & Delivery Own and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog. Drive end-to-end product execution from discovery through launch. Write and refine high-level business and product requirements. Ensure timely delivery of features, enhancements, manage dependencies partner teams and product releases. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary liaison between business and delivery teams. Provide product and market insights to stakeholders and leadership. Partner closely with onshore product managers and stakeholders to align priorities and execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with technology, UX, design, marketing, operations, and business teams. Drive organizational alignment to bring products to market successfully. Facilitate decision-making and manage dependencies across teams. Business & Commercial Ownership Own product business cases and value realization. Monitor product performance, adoption, and business outcomes. Drive continuous improvement through customer and stakeholder feedback. Balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations. Product Lifecycle Management Manage products throughout their lifecycle, including enhancements and issue resolution. Gather and incorporate customer feedback, research, and insights. Track progress, risks, timeline requirements. Ensure alignment between product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.
