Mahacol Tie-Up Pvt Ltd is hiring for Product Executive About the Company MAHACOL TIE-UP PVT LTD operates in the fintech and financial services ecosystem, supporting secure, scalable digital products and integrations for banking, finance, and related financial-services use cases. Responsibilities Own the API product lifecycle, including functional specifications, PRDs, workflows, integration documentation, and delivery planning for banking, finance, fintech, NBFC, and related financial-services products. Work with engineering, architecture, QA, risk, compliance, operations, banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and third-party API providers to map and deliver secure integrations. Coordinate agile delivery, conduct functional and API testing using Postman or Swagger, and review logs, payloads, authentication flows, and error responses during testing and launch. Monitor response times, success rates, drop-offs, throughput, and conversion bottlenecks to improve API reliability and product performance. Ensure data-sharing workflows align with RBI expectations, privacy standards, consent architecture, OAuth, encryption, and applicable security controls. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Executive, Associate Product Manager, or Technical Business Analyst in banking, finance, fintech, NBFC, financial services, or a closely related domain. Mandatory: Hands-on API experience in the banking, finance, fintech, NBFC, financial-services, or related domain. Candidates must understand how APIs are designed, integrated, tested, monitored, and managed in financial workflows. Strong knowledge of REST, JSON, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, HMAC, API testing, partner integrations, and technical troubleshooting. Exposure to LOS/LMS, Account Aggregator, CKYC/OKYC, PAN validation, payment gateways, UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, e-NACH, or e-Mandates. Ability to create PRDs, flowcharts, sequence diagrams, wireframes, and clear technical documentation. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Miro, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Experience with bank developer portals, sandbox environments, co-lending, digital credit lines, or open banking is an advantage. This is a full-time, in-office Product Executive opportunity based in Chembur, offering ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 per month. API experience within banking, finance, or a related financial-services environment is an essential requirement for the role.
