Workfreaks is hiring for Performance Marketing Executive About the Company Workfreaks is seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to support growth in the interior design, real estate, construction, and home improvement ecosystem. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact campaigns, collaborate closely with sales teams, and contribute directly to business growth through measurable marketing outcomes. Responsibilities Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. Generate high-quality leads through paid media, websites, landing pages, WhatsApp, referrals, channel partners, and other relevant platforms. Improve CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, ROI, and ROAS through structured experimentation with audiences, creatives, ad copy, offers, and landing pages. Track the complete lead journey from enquiry and qualification through site visit and conversion. Partner with the sales team to strengthen lead follow-up, quality, and conversion performance. Maintain CRM lead tracking and prepare clear campaign and performance reports. Explore new digital and offline channels, including builder, referral, channel partner, and site-visit initiatives, when required. Requirements At least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing. Strong practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with proven lead-generation and campaign optimization skills. Good understanding of CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROI, and ROAS. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a target-driven approach. Experience in interior design, real estate, construction, or home improvement is preferred. Willingness to travel for relevant business development activities and immediate joining is preferred.
