Workfreaks is hiring for Digital Marketing Executive About the Company Workfreaks operates in the real estate, construction, and home interiors ecosystem, helping customers and partners discover high-quality interior and property-related solutions. The company is building a performance-focused team that combines digital marketing with strong on-ground business development. Responsibilities Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Manage Google Ads campaigns with a focus on qualified lead generation, efficient cost per lead, and improved conversion potential. Source business opportunities through builders, channel partners, referrals, site visits, apartment handover projects, construction sites, and builder locations. Build consistent relationships with channel partners and referral sources, conduct regular meetings, and encourage recurring lead referrals. Coordinate with the sales team for timely lead follow-up, lead-quality improvement, and stronger conversions. Maintain CRM entries, track follow-ups, support basic website updates, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Track competitor activity and stay current with digital marketing trends. Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads. Demonstrated experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance reporting. Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and coordination skills. Willingness to travel for builder meetings, channel-partner discussions, and site visits. Self-motivated, target-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently.
