PCB Manufacturing Applications Engineer (Frontline Software)

KLA is hiring a PCB Manufacturing Applications Engineer to support Frontline software products across the Americas and Europe. The role combines customer support, customer training and implementation, sales support, feedback gathering, and technical project management. Responsibilities Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and customer support for Frontline software productsDeliver customer training and implementation support for new customers, product deployments, upgrades, and new feature introductionsSupport sales activities as needed, including technical discussions, customer presentations, and product feature demonstrationsCollect, document, and communicate customer feedback to support product improvements and enhancement planningParticipate in domestic and international travel to support customer engagements, implementations, training, and project activities Qualifications Administration-level knowledge of Frontline software products, including InCAM Pro, InFlow, InSight
