Responsibilities: Plan and execute marketing activities across relevant online and offline channels. Coordinate campaigns, promotional initiatives, events, and partner communication. Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Work with internal teams to prepare marketing content, presentations, and campaign material. Track campaign performance, maintain reports, and recommend improvements based on results. Support lead generation, follow-ups, and timely communication with prospective customers. Requirements: 2 to 6 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, business outreach, or a related role. Strong communication, coordination, organization, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver activities within deadlines. Comfort with basic marketing analytics, reporting, and digital communication tools. A proactive approach, commercial awareness, and a willingness to learn are essential. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Pune, with an annual compensation range of ₹2.4 lakh to ₹3 lakh.
