RRD GO CREATIVE is currently\nseeking Customer Support Associate for the Creative Communications division in Chennai. In this role you will be responsible for: · Providing high quality, real-time\nassistance to clients to support their projects. · Communicating with the client to\nunderstand requirements, setting expectations, and making sure that the\nexpectations are met. · Communicating\nthe client requirement to the production team. · Overseeing the\nproduction process and the delivering the output as committed. · Adhering to the\ninternal metrics.
