WTW is hiring a seasonal bilingual Benefits Customer Service Representative to support Spanish- or French-speaking members during benefit enrollment and when they update health care or pension plans. The role provides customer service primarily by phone, with opportunities to assist by chat and message center, while protecting confidential information and explaining plan details.
