About the Role \nWe are looking for Associate Engineers who are curious, analytical, and passionate about technology. This is an early\ncareer opportunity for candidates who want to build strong engineering fundamentals and grow into specialized \ntechnology roles across AI Engineering, Graph Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Quality \nEngineering, Cloud & Infrastructure, DevOps, Build Engineering, and Full Stack Engineering. \nYou will work with experienced engineering teams, contribute to real-world projects, and develop your skills through \nstructured learning, hands-on assignments, and practical engineering experience. \nYou do not need to know every technology listed below. We are looking for strong fundamentals, learning ability, and \nthe potential to grow. What You Will Do \u2022 Build AI-first, agentic applications and workflows using modern AI technologies and frameworks to solve real\nworld business problems.\n \u2022 Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software solutions under the guidance of experienced engineers.\n \u2022 Apply programming, Data Structures & Algorithms, and problem-solving skills to engineering challenges.\n \u2022 Work with databases, SQL, APIs, and software development tools.\n \u2022 Contribute to applications, automation, utilities, and proof-of-concepts.\n \u2022 Gain exposure to Data Engineering, Full Stack Engineering, Quality Engineering, AI/GenAI, and Cloud Engineering.\n \u2022 Learn and apply engineering practices such as Git, testing, debugging, and CI/CD.\n \u2022 Collaborate with engineering teams to build, improve, and maintain solutions.\n \u2022 Continuously learn new technologies and apply them to real-world business problems. What We Look For \n\u2022 Strong fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly.\n \u2022 Curiosity and enthusiasm for technology.\n \u2022 A hands-on approach to learning through projects and experimentation.\n \u2022 Ability to break down problems and work toward practical solutions.\n \u2022 Good communication, collaboration, ownership, and adaptability.\n \u2022 Ability to learn from feedback and demonstrate continuous improvement. \u2022 Interest in one or more areas such as Data, AI/GenAI, Full Stack, Quality, or Cloud Engineering Requirements Mandatory Technical Skills \n\u2022 Strong programming fundamentals in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, or\nJavaScript.\n \u2022 Proficient in Data Structures & Algorithms and Object-Oriented Programming.\n \u2022 Proficient in Concepts of Knowledge Graph as Data Structures.\n \u2022 Good logical reasoning, analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills.\n \u2022 Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.\n\u2022 Familiarity with Git or version control.\n \u2022 Ability to understand technical requirements and explain project work clearly.\n Good-to-Have Skills Exposure to any of the following will be an advantage, but none of these are mandatory: \n\u2022 Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, or TypeScript.\n \u2022 Gen AI, Claude Code/ Gemini, Graph Neural Network, Prompts Engineering, MCP, RAG.\n \u2022 Web development, REST APIs, or backend development.\n \u2022 SQL databases, data engineering, or data pipelines.\n \u2022 Software testing, API testing, or test automation.\n \u2022 AI/ML, Generative AI, or LLM-based applications.\n \u2022 Cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.\n \u2022 Linux, Docker, CI/CD, or DevOps fundamentals.\n \u2022 Hackathons, coding platforms, open-source contributions, or relevant technical projects.\n Education & Eligibility \n\u2022 B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Information Science &\nEngineering (ISE), Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Artificial Intelligence\n& Machine Learning (AI/ML), Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (AI & DS), Data Science, or other closely related\nengineering disciplines.\n \u2022 2025 and 2026 graduating batches.\n \u2022 Minimum 8.0 CGPA or equivalent percentage in 10th, 12th, and Engineering.\n \u2022 Minimum one relevant internship in software development, data, AI/ML, QA, cloud, or a related technology role.\n \u2022 Strong programming fundamentals in at least one programming language.\n \u2022 Basic understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms, OOP, and SQL.\n \u2022 Good written and verbal communication skills.\nEEE candidates may also be considered based on strong programming and software engineering fundamentals.
