Virtual Social Media & Affiliate Assistant

Position OverviewThe Affiliate & Content Operations Coordinator is a full-time, fully remote role built to give a fast-growing, creator-led lifestyle brand a dependable execution and affiliate support layer across the business. This person will take over the daily affiliate and linking execution the brand currently relies on outside support for, while also owning several platforms and workflows — carousels, community and DM support, giveaways, Substack, Pinterest, and website upkeep — that need a clear, consistent owner.This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy or voice-setting role. The founder will continue to set brand direction and voice; this person is responsible for turning that direction into accurate, timely, well-organized execution across affiliate platforms, content, and community.Full-Time | Remote | Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday or Tuesday-Saturday | Reports To: Taryn Newton, Founder.
