Trainee Placement Support Technician

The Trainee Placement Support Technician will play a vital role in supporting the administrative management of Cargo facilities, including the creation, renewal, tracking, and reporting of documentation.Responsibilities:Liaising with internal teamsManaging documentation in WhitespaceHandling bordereaux and declarationsProducing reports for service teams and leadershipThe role requires a minimum 2:1 university degree or equivalent, strong organisational and communication skills, and a basic understanding of underwriting and policy administration. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage a high-volume workload. An interest in insurance, account management, or broking support is advantageous, as is a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
