Thermal Engineering Intern/Co-op

AMD is seeking a Thermal Engineering intern/co-op to support the development and evaluation of cooling technologies for AI, high-performance computing, and data center platforms. The role involves thermal and hydraulic characterization, laboratory testing and validation, engineering analysis, and documenting findings.
