Telecaller Executive - Client Interaction

About the Company Softdew Tech Private Limited is hiring a Telecaller to support client interaction for the AdvisorGrow app. This work-from-home opportunity is suited to confident communicators who can build rapport with customers and explain app-related information clearly over the phone. Responsibilities Make outbound and handle inbound calls with prospective and existing clients. Explain AdvisorGrow app features, services, and relevant information in a clear and helpful manner. Understand client queries, provide accurate responses, and escalate issues when required. Maintain call records, follow up with interested clients, and share regular updates with the team. Deliver a professional customer experience while meeting assigned calling and interaction goals. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer interaction, telesales, or a related calling role. Good spoken Hindi and conversational English. Clear voice, active listening ability, patience, and confidence while speaking with clients. Education is not a specific requirement; communication ability and relevant calling experience are valued. Ability to work independently from home with a reliable internet connection.
