The company is looking for a confident Telecaller to support customer engagement and contribute to business growth from its Noida location. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and explain cosmetic and skincare products clearly. Respond to customer enquiries, understand their needs, share accurate information, and guide them toward suitable offerings. Maintain call records, update customer information, follow up on leads, and coordinate with the sales team. Meet assigned calling and follow-up targets while maintaining a professional and courteous communication style. Escalate complex questions or service concerns to the appropriate internal team and help ensure timely resolution. Requirements 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or a related role. Strong verbal communication, active listening, and basic objection-handling skills. Interest in the cosmetic or skincare industry and willingness to learn about products. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain accurate records. Applicants should be comfortable working full time from the Noida office. This is a full-time opportunity based in Sector 49, Noida, offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹21,000. The successful candidate will be dependable, customer-oriented, and motivated to deliver a positive experience on every call.
