Job DescriptionNemours is seeking a Technical Data Analyst.This position is responsible for performing advanced, investigative analysis of data at or near the source-system level to support Audit and Compliance for operational and strategic needs across the organization. The Technical Data Analyst works directly with raw and low-level data, developing a deep understanding of source systems, data structures, table relationships, transformations, and business rules that govern how data is created and flows across systems. The role is accountable for converting complex or ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and producing accurate, defensible datasets and findings.This role is distinguished by its emphasis on deep data interrogation and structural understanding.
