Under the general supervision of the Business Operations Leader, the Technical Assistant is responsible for processing the workflow of the Northeast Support Team.ResponsibilitiesCorrespond with Brokers, Underwriters and Underwriter Assistants via Teams/email to respond to questions, investigate and resolve issues, and follow up on outstanding items.Provide clerical and administrative support to Operations Team and Underwriting Teams.Assist with policy servicing inquiries to include accounting, underwriting, and operations.Learn and work within Agency Management System to save documents, emails, and correspondence.Become familiar with Agency Management System reporting functionality to include running and distributing scheduled and ad hoc reports.Answer questions about the organization's products and services to assist in customer service functions.Pursue a course of personal and professional development.Requiremen
