American Plastics is a rapidly growing plastic injection molding company seeking a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruiting and onboarding activities for a growing plastics injection molding organization. This is a remote opportunity that provides hands-on experience across the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and candidate communication through onboarding and employment documentation.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, comfortable working independently, and interested in building a career in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition. This position will report to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist.Hours: The internship offers a flexible schedule around school hours, with an expected commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per day.ResponsibilitiesAssist with sourcing qualified candidates for manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, quality, operations, and administrative positionsSearch job boards, professiona
