About the Company Triangular Dots Creative Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to strengthen its hiring efforts across business functions and support a responsive, well-organized recruitment experience. This opportunity is open to candidates from any industry background who can join immediately and contribute with minimal transition time. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including understanding hiring requirements, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback tracking, and offer follow-up. Partner with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, maintain timely communication, and support efficient closure of open positions. Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant sourcing channels. Ensure accurate recruitment documentation and provide regular updates on candidate progress, hiring status, and joining timelines. Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and prompt coordination throughout the hiring process. Requirements 3–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a closely related hiring function. Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced work environment. The compensation range is ₹3.5–5 LPA, commensurate with relevant experience and capabilities.
