Baker Tilly is a CPA advisory firm providing tax and business advisory services. The Summer 2027 Tax Credits & Incentives Intern will support specialty tax teams with research, data analysis, client engagement activities, technical memoranda, workpapers, and tax credit and incentive studies across R&D, cost segregation, and tax credit advisory projects. ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation of R&D tax credit studies by organizing and analyzing client data, assisting with documentation, participating in client interviews, and contributing to technical reports and project deliverablesGain exposure to client engagements, which may include traveling to client locations and learning how project teams gather and evaluate information related to qualifying R&D activitiesAssist with technical research and the preparation of memoranda related to R&D tax credit mattersWork alongside R&D team members to develop and improve client and industry-specific tools, templates, and supporting documentati
