About the Company SRs Adyapan Edutech Private Limited (Adyapan School) is an education technology organization focused on creating accessible, engaging, and learner-centered educational experiences. The team works to build strong connections with students and support an active learning community across digital channels. Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with students and community members through online platforms. Plan and coordinate student engagement activities, discussions, events, and campaigns. Respond to student questions, understand their concerns, and route feedback to the appropriate internal teams. Create and share useful community updates, announcements, and engagement content. Monitor participation, identify engagement trends, and suggest initiatives that improve student experience and retention. Maintain accurate records of interactions and prepare regular community activity reports. Requirements Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Comfort working with online communities, social media, messaging platforms, and basic digital tools. A proactive, organized, and empathetic approach to student support. Ability to manage multiple conversations and activities while meeting deadlines. Relevant experience in community management, student engagement, customer success, education, or a related area is helpful. This is a remote, full-time opportunity in the education technology industry with a monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000.
