Sr. Digital Health Product Manager

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Define and lead product strategy and roadmap for digital healthcare and pharmacy solutions<br />Elicit, analyze, and translate business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria<br />Partner with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and release priorities<br />Manage and prioritize the product backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives<br />Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate capabilities, define solution alternatives, and prioritize product releases<br />Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and feature requirements to development teams<br />Work closely with engineering teams to shape product design and user experience<br />Generate release notes, and conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders and clients<br />Independently identify and analyze relevant data to support product decisions and business cases<br />Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product capabilities and feature requirements<br />Drive continuous improvement by acting on feedback received during retrospectives and product reviews<br />Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies<br />Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams to assess requirements and deliver solutions</p>
