Specialist III - Product Management

Florida Blue is seeking a Specialist III to support management of its product portfolio as a subject-matter expert and workflow point of contact. The role serves as a technical analyst for the Product Management team, supporting product performance, lifecycle management, market response, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities Execute/support SLAs with internal business partners seeking product insight / directionDelivers routine analysis to facilitate understanding of product performance, provide input to the competitiveness process, which includes proposing issue solutions, recommendations and the creation of cross – functional decision memos that require sign off from Product, Legal, Actuarial, Compliance, Service Care, Pharmacy and others at timesResponsible for supporting the transition of products from development to management and helps with issue resolution for all products post implementation launchSupport Product Management analysis, enrollment and pricing trends
