Software Engineer, Product (Full-Stack: Angular, Kotlin, MongoDB)

The private equity and asset management industry manages trillions in assets, funding massive innovation and high-impact companies around the world. Most of this still operates on manual PDF, email and paper-based processes and fragmented legacy systems. Vestlane replaces that with a digital-native onboarding and compliance experience: fund and asset managers as well as administrators and other stakeholders use the platform to onboard investors, assets and other counterparties, run compliant KYC/AML processes, and manage subscription documents end to end. We are a lean tech company operating at the intersection of RegTech, LegalTech, and FinTech with the mission to transform this industry from point-in-time fundraising to perpetually compliant KYC/AML lifecycle operations.
