About the role
PODS is seeking a Software Engineer III to design, develop, test, and deliver digital product features across the full technology stack. The role focuses on building scalable React/TypeScript front-end applications and Kotlin/Spring Boot back-end services while collaborating with product, design, QA, and engineering teams. Responsibilities**Feature Delivery:** Build and ship well-scoped features end to end, with support from your team’s senior engineers on design and integration decisions**Code Quality:** Write clean, tested, maintainable code. Participate actively in code reviews — both giving and receiving feedback — and grow from it**Test and Learn:** Instrument the features you build, help run A/B tests in Eppo, and use experiment results to drive the next iteration**Operational Awareness:** Participate in your team’s on-call rotation and incident response.
