About the role
XBOW is building an AI-powered offensive security platform that autonomously discovers, validates, and exploits vulnerabilities to help organizations stay ahead of attackers. The Software Engineer will design and implement reliable full-stack products, scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud-deployed services while collaborating with AI and security researchers. ResponsibilitiesDesign and build full-stack systems that integrate frontend and backend seamlesslyDevelop scalable APIs and backend services in TypeScript, Kotlin, and GoDeploy and operate services in AWS and other cloud providersOwn problems end-to-end—from design through deployment to production supportNavigate ambiguity and help define how we build as much as what we buildCollaborate closely with teammates across the stack, including AI researchers, Security researchers and backend engineers QualificationsExperience building and operating full-stack systemsProficiency with TypeScriptExperience designing and consuming APIs
