Software Engineer

We are seeking a passionate Software Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and installing software solutions that meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and the ability to execute it effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment. - Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions. - Write well-designed, testable code that adheres to industry standards. - Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility for software projects. - Integrate software components into a fully functional software system. - Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Document and maintain software functionality for future reference and updates. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to enhance performance and user experience. - Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback to continuously improve software solutions. - Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards, keeping software updated with the latest features. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer. - Experience in designing interactive applications that engage users effectively. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Ruby on Rails, and C++. - Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies like JPA2 and Hibernate. - Experience in developing web applications using popular frameworks such as JSF, Wicket, GWT, or Spring MVC. - Familiarity with test-driven development practices. - Proficiency in software engineering tools that facilitate development and collaboration. - Strong ability to document requirements and specifications clearly. - A BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred.
