About the role
Impruve is a forward-deployed engineering firm that helps wealth management firms achieve business results from AI by building production data pipelines, AI tools, custom software, and compliance infrastructure. The Software Engineer will own workstreams on live client engagements, work across the stack, ship reliable AI systems to production, collaborate through regular pairing, and help shape the team’s engineering practices. ResponsibilitiesOwn Workstreams on Client Engagements: You’ll take a piece of a live engagement — a data pipeline, an AI workflow, a frontend feature — and own it from spec to production.
