Software Engineer – Agentic

As a Software Engineer Global supporting Southwest’s Agentic AI initiatives, you’ll help design, build, and operate reliable, cloud‑native services that support production AI workloads. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, combining core software engineering with SRE fundamentals such as incident management, automation, and operational readiness. You’ll work closely with other Engineers to deliver well‑tested, observable systems using AWS services, container platforms, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines. Based in our Hyderabad Global In‑House Center, this role offers the opportunity to grow strong platform and reliability skills while contributing to AI solutions that support both Customers and internal Teams.
