Konecranes is hiring a Service Product Engineer to provide field engineering and customer solutions in coordination with sales, customers, engineering, project management, and service branches. The role conducts field inspections, analyzes inspection data, and creates technical reports and inspection solutions using company software tools. Responsibilities The qualified candidate will interface with field sales, our customers, engineering, project management and service branches to provide valued solutions for our customersAccomplish field engineering inspections resulting in reports from field inspection data gathered, while utilizing Konecranes software tools and Microsoft Office Products toolsThe individual will create reports that accurately communicate all aspects of the field inspection and the engineering analysisAdditionally, the candidate will perform and create solutions such as: Rail Q, Rail Q 3D, Crane Geometric, CRS inspection reports, Alignments and other Inspections/Test
