Role Overview The Senior Solutions Architect exists to guide enterprise customers through complex migrations from legacy identity and directory architectures to JumpCloud's Open Directory Platform. As enterprise customer engagements scale, this role addresses the critical need for dedicated domain subject matter experts (SMEs) across complex ecosystems involving cloud directory integrations, conditional access policies, MFA configurations, PAM, and multi-OS device management to drive structured, repeatable deployments. You will serve as the trusted technical authority bridging customer business requirements with robust architectural execution while establishing clear deployment milestones that drive platform adoption and time-to-value. By leading high-stakes enterprise engagements and contributing to Go-to-Market technical enablement, you will directly accelerate JumpCloud's enterprise retention, expansion, and customer delight.
