About the Company Wedding Tales Matrimony is a service-focused organization helping customers make meaningful decisions through dependable relationship and matrimony solutions. We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative to strengthen our inside sales function in Gurgaon and contribute to a high-quality customer acquisition and conversion journey. Responsibilities Own the complete inside sales cycle, from lead qualification and discovery to follow-up, negotiation, conversion, and handover. Engage with both B2B and B2C prospects through phone calls, video meetings, email, and other approved communication channels. Understand customer needs, explain relevant service offerings, handle objections, and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain disciplined follow-up schedules, update CRM records accurately, and manage pipeline activity against targets. Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer experience. Track daily and weekly performance metrics, share sales insights, and contribute ideas to improve inside sales processes. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, B2C sales, inside sales, or a closely related customer-facing sales function. Strong experience in the service industry and a demonstrated ability to manage consultative sales conversations. Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills. Comfort working with sales targets, CRM systems, lead funnels, and performance reports. A self-driven, organized professional who can manage multiple prospects and maintain consistent follow-ups. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Gurgaon with an annual compensation of ₹6,00,000. The role is designed for a sales professional who enjoys core inside sales ownership and can deliver a customer-first experience while meeting business goals.
