You will translate complex technical requirements into tangible outcomes, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes. This role demands a blend of strategic vision and hands‑on execution, enabling you to lead large, multidisciplinary teams through the full product lifecycle while maintaining a rigorous focus on quality, scalability, and customer success. Requirements 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 • Own the product delivery roadmap from inception to launch, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. • Lead and mentor cross-functional product, engineering, and QA teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. • Define and implement robust project plans, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. • Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, methodologies, and tooling across the organization. • Champion enterprise SaaS best practices for scalability, security, and compliance across all releases. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and incorporate feedback into product iterations. • Produce clear, concise technical documentation, user guides, and release notes for internal and external audiences. • Ensure seamless system integration with third‑party applications and APIs, coordinating with external vendors as needed. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, delivery metrics, and project health dashboards. • Act as the primary liaison between business leadership, product owners, and technical teams, translating business priorities into executable plans. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 • Over 7 years of experience in large-scale product delivery within the enterprise SaaS domain. • Proven track record of managing multi‑disciplinary teams and delivering complex, time‑critical projects. • Strong proficiency in technical writing, with the ability to produce clear, user‑friendly documentation. • Deep understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, and cloud architecture. • Expertise in Agile and hybrid project management frameworks, including PMP or equivalent certification. • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical details to non‑technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus across diverse groups. • Strong analytical mindset, with experience in data‑driven decision making and metrics tracking. • Adept at navigating ambiguous environments and turning strategic vision into actionable plans. • Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
