The Innovation team is seeking a Senior Product Analyst based out of any of our Bangaluru locations within India. This role sits at the\nintersection of our Industry practices and our product development efforts,\nanalyzing complex tax and business processes to be solved with automation and\nartificial intelligence. The Senior Product Analyst partners directly with accounting\nprofessionals to understand how work actually gets done, then translates that\nunderstanding into clear requirements, user stories, and delivered product\ncapability. How You\u2019ll Spend Your Time \u2022 Acting as the primary interface between the\nInnovation team and the firm\u2019s practice and Product managers translating\nprocess pain points into product requirements \u2022 Partnering with subject matter experts across\ncompliance, provision, and advisory to document current-state workflows and\nidentify opportunities \u2022 Leading requirements definition and delivery for\ntax/audit-focused products, including client intake, workpaper automation,\ndocument extraction, and review workflows \u2022 Writing user stories and acceptance criteria\nbased on business-driven functionality as well as technical capabilities (working\nwith both the Product Owner and Innovation team) \u2022 Building and executing test scripts,\ncoordinating user acceptance testing with teams, and triaging defects through\nresolution \u2022 Assisting with execution of product delivery and\nservices which includes benefit realization (ROI of new products, features,\ntools, services, etc.) \u2022 Helping the Innovation team align change\ncatalysts to ensure successful adoption and utilization of products within the Firm \u2022 Facilitating knowledge sessions, demonstrations,\nand training with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the firm \u2022 Tracking adoption, usage, and time savings, and\nreporting results back to Innovation and Practice leadership \u2022 Participating in sprint planning and\nproject/process specification meetings \u2022 Understanding data movement and detailed\nknowledge of upstream and downstream systems, including accounting software\nplatforms, and the interactions and dependencies between them \u2022 Seeking awareness of product scope (e.g. MVP)\nand providing input to define clear user stories to inform product development Requirements \u2022 Required Education Level: Bachelor\u2019s degree in\nAccounting, Business Administration, Technology, Information Technology, or\nManagement Information Systems \u2022 Required Years of Experience: 6+ years\u2019\nexperience preferred \u2022 Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and\nthe broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including building or configuring Copilot\nagents, prompt design, and evaluating AI-generated output \u2022 Familiarity with accounting technology platforms\nand document automation tools used in a professional services environment \u2022 Experience running user acceptance testing,\nwriting test scripts, and managing defect triage \u2022 Agile and product management certifications with\nexperience with Azure DevOps and User Story creation \u2022 Progress toward or desire to obtain Prosci\nand/or PMP certification \u2022 Strong personal and communication skills both\nwritten and verbal; ability to develop relationships with all stakeholders \u2022 Exhibits willingness to try new ideas, even when\ndifferent than status quo \u2022 Ability to work with several technology\nplatforms including Microsoft Office and various innovative tools and systems\nsuch as but not limited to Agile to define clear user stories \u2022 Ability to prepare charts, tables and diagrams\nto assist in analyzing problems, utilizing, if necessary, various business,\nscientific and/or engineering mathematical techniques \u2022 Responsive and ability to manage multiple\nprojects and communications simultaneously \u2022 Excellent attention to detail; ability to\nmultitask and adapt to shifting needs and priorities \u2022 Able to learn and adapt to new and complex\nprocedures quickly \u2022 Excellent time management skills Website: www.withum.com Withum\nwill not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because\nof race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information,\ndisability or because he or she is a protected veteran.
