You will craft robust defense strategies, navigate intricate corporate inquiries, and advise high‑profile clients on compliance matters while ensuring adherence to Criminal Law and Criminal Justice principles. Your role will involve deep analytical work, courtroom advocacy, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment in Bangalore. Requirements 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 • Lead white collar crime investigations, gathering evidence and developing legal strategies • Draft and review pleadings, discovery documents, and settlement agreements • Conduct comprehensive corporate investigations, including forensic accounting reviews • Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation • Represent clients in pre‑trial, trial, and appellate proceedings • Negotiate plea bargains and settlement agreements with law enforcement agencies • Manage and mentor junior attorneys and paralegal staff • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for strategic legal planning • Stay current on changes in regulations, statutes, and case law • Develop client‑centered communication plans and presentations 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 • 4+ years of experience in white collar crime and corporate investigations • Proven track record of successful defense in complex litigation • Deep knowledge of regulatory enforcement frameworks and compliance standards • Strong analytical and investigative skills with meticulous attention to detail • Excellent oral and written communication abilities, including courtroom advocacy • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high‑stakes cases simultaneously • Experience in mentoring and leading junior legal staff • Familiarity with Indian legal system and pertinent statutory regulations • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high‑growth environment in Bangalore
