About the role
RadNet is hiring a RIS Data Migration Engineer to manage and execute data migrations between radiology information systems. The role coordinates with technical, clinical, administrative, and external stakeholders to prepare, validate, and transfer data while supporting implementations and protecting data integrity and privacy. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for RIS data migrationCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse migration requirementsExtract clinical, operational, and administrative data from legacy RIS systemsAssess and map legacy data structures, including patient demographic records, diagnostic radiology reports, scanned documents, and future appointmentsAssist in assembling and loading RIS system’s master lists including referring physicians, insurance providers, procedure codes, billing codes, organizational structures such as practices, sites, and rooms, and other master look-up tablesUse ETL tools to clean, transform, and prepare
