Responsibilities Review and proofread content for grammatical, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all documents. Edit content to improve clarity, readability, and overall quality without altering the original meaning. Collaborate with writers, editors, and other team members to enhance content quality. Effectively use proofreading tools and software, such as Track Changes and Grammarly. Meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality. Maintain the confidentiality of company documents and content. Preferred Candidate Profile Female candidates preferred. Strong command of written English, including grammar, punctuation, spelling, and sentence structure. Ability to identify and correct errors quickly and accurately. Good understanding of tone, clarity, readability, and language consistency. High attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and formatting. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong comprehension skills to ensure the original context and meaning remain unchanged during editing.
