LIGMAN India is hiring for Project Sales About the Company LIGMAN India is hiring a Project Sales professional to develop business opportunities and manage customer relationships across Chandigarh and surrounding territories. This role is suited to someone who can understand project requirements, coordinate with Architects and Interior Designers, and convert commercial opportunities into successful orders. Responsibilities Identify and pursue project-based sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Build relationships with customers, consultants, Architects, Interior Designers, contractors, and relevant channel partners. Understand project requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and presentations through negotiation, order closure, and follow-up. Coordinate with internal teams to support quotations, specifications, delivery timelines, and customer requirements. Monitor market activity, competitor movements, sales pipeline, and project progress. Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and regular updates for management. Requirements Two to four years of relevant project sales, sales, business development, or client-facing experience. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities. Ability to understand customer needs and manage multiple project discussions effectively. Willingness to travel locally for customer and project meetings when required. A graduate-level qualification in business, commerce, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred. Target-oriented, organised, and capable of working independently in a full-time office-based role. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Chandigarh, offering a monthly CTC of ₹40,000.
