Program Analyst

Position Overview:Vibrant is seeking an exceptional candidate for the Program Analyst position on the Program Impact team. The Program Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to help all FYPS sites (Queens, Bronx, Staten Island) make informed evidence-based decisions to improve the lives of those we serve. The person in this role will develop reports, dashboards, and data models, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
