Professional Accountant

Gainwell Technologies is hiring a Professional Accountant to support its Revenue team with monthly revenue and billing entries, reporting, and reconciliations. The role also assists with audit requests and financial transaction processing in a remote team environment. ResponsibilitiesAssist with accrual and invoice entries, including outreach to business teamsAssist in the creation and updating of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, mostly in Excel spreadsheetsAssists with variance analysis and account reconciliationAssists with internal and external audit requests and questionsWill learn and comply with HIPPA privacy and security rulesWill be a team player, able to communicate clearly with all levels of co-workers but able to work independentlyMay need to work extended time during monthly close in order to meet deadlinesPerform manual accounting and financial transaction processing activities in accordance with established policies, procedures, and internal controls Qualification
