About the role
RallyBoard is hiring a Product Engineer to take product features from user problems through production and ongoing improvement. The role also involves working with founders and engineers, scaling infrastructure and integrations, and participating in an on-call rotation. Responsibilities Take features from the user problem to production on our stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase/Postgres): write the spec, direct a team of agents to build it, and review their output for correctness, UX and craftStay with what you shipped after launch: watch logs, errors and how people actually use it, and fix what isn't rightWork directly with the founders and our engineering team: 80% tactical, 20% strategicScale our infrastructure, tooling, and integrations for the next stage of growthTake your turn on our on-call rotation: one week at a time, business hours only Qualifications About **a year** inside a real engineering team (an apprenticeship, rotational program, contract seat or internship counts)Yo
