Power BI Developer

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to\ndesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that support\ndata\u2011driven decision making. The role involves close collaboration with\nbusiness stakeholders, data teams, and management to translate requirements\ninto insightful visual analytics. Key Responsibilities Design,\n develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with\n business requirements Build\n efficient data models using Power BI Desktop Write\n and optimize DAX measures and calculations Connect\n Power BI to multiple data sources (Excel, APIs, GCP sources, etc.) Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modeling using Power Query Ensure\n report accuracy, performance optimization, and data refresh scheduling Implement row\u2011level security (RLS) and manage datasets, workspaces, and\n gateways Collaborate\n with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide actionable insights Maintain\n documentation for reports, datasets, and data flows Troubleshoot\n issues and support users with Power BI solutions Requirements Required Skills & Competencies Strong\n hands\u2011on experience with Microsoft Power BI Proficiency\n in DAX and Power Query Solid\n understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema,\n relationships, measures) Good\n knowledge of SQL and relational databases Experience\n with performance tuning and best practices in Power BI Understanding\n of data visualization principles and UX best practices Strong\n analytical and problem\u2011solving skills Good\n communication and stakeholder\u2011management skills Preferred / Good to Have Exposure\n to Power BI Service, Power Automate SQL\n understanding, Data Warehousing (OLAP, Star Schema) Prior\n experience in analytics for large datasets or enterprise reporting Knowledge\n of Python (NumPy & Pandas) is mandatory for data analysis Education Bachelor\u2019s\n degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field Benefits Opportunity to make significant contributions to a dynamic company Evening snacks are provided by the company to keep you refreshed towards the end of the day.
