Eligibility Criteria: Full-Time Engineering Students: Final-year students pursuing a diploma in engineering from the selected list of colleges, with specialisations in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Polymer, or Production Engineering. No Active Backlogs and No Cases of Detention: Students who currently have active backlogs or have experienced academic detention are not eligible. Annual Compensation: Entry Compensation: INR 3 LPA CTC on Confirmation: INR 3.6 LPA Here's what you can expect: Gain end-to-end exposure to manufacturing operations and core business processes.
