The Pharmacy Data Entry Assistant enters prescriptions into the Kroll system, maintains patient records, supports medication and billing changes, and provides customer service and communication support.ResponsibilitiesBe a key member of the Kroll data entry team, working within the scope of a Pharmacy Assistant to perform data entry and fill prescription and OTC products accuratelyAssist with data/medication changes, including filling in Kroll, adjudication (billing), and any necessary communication with team members health care professionals and patientsFollow up on faxes, emails, and voicemails in a timely manner and complete related tasksAnswer telephone calls promptly and courteouslyFax refill requests to prescribers proactively, ordering medications, and other tasks as assigned by
