Part-Time Business Operations Associate

Ibotta is seeking a Part-Time Business Operations Associate to support campaign setup and performance. The role manages setup components, coordinates cross-functional processes, troubleshoots technical issues, and works with Analytics to target consumer segments and improve operations. Responsibilities Manage setup components in the Ibotta applicationCommunicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices and proceduresAnticipate issues and provides alternative methods of setup or deliveryStay up to date on internal system changes and updates/educates impacted departments effectivelyIdentify, analyze, and help fix technical problems alongside Engineering and Product teamsWork closely with Analytics department to target content to unique segments of consumersIdentify error trends and work cross-functionally with other departments to implement procedures to mitigate errors, or build tools that will reduce Ibotta’s operational costsEmbrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core V
