Parent Relationship Manager

About the Company K12 Techno Services is seeking a Parent Relationship Manager for Orchids Central School of Excellence in Bhilwara. The role supports the school's admissions and parent engagement functions, offering an opportunity to build a career in education services within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound leads and counsel parents on school programmes, policies, and admission opportunities. Guide families through the admission journey, respond to enquiries, and resolve concerns through phone, in-person, and written communication. Build positive, trusted relationships with parents and act as an effective liaison between families and the school. Maintain accurate student and parent records in the admissions database. Prepare relevant reports and updates for Zonal Heads and internal stakeholders. Participate in virtual or online placement and recruitment coordination as required. Requirements Graduates, MBA freshers, and final-year MBA students are encouraged to apply. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relationship-management experience may apply. Strong interpersonal, counselling, convincing, and communication abilities. Comfort interacting with children and parents, with a professional and presentable demeanour. Working knowledge of databases and common software tools. Fluency in both English and Hindi is required. The position is full-time and based on-site at OCSE, Ahinsa Circle, Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
