Outlet Manager

Key Responsibilities Engage guests and promote wellness services, express therapies, and special offers. Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and walk-in conversions. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and support promotional campaigns. Ensure premium guest experience, outlet hygiene, and service standards. Coordinate with therapists and staff for smooth operations. Requirements Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, credit card sales, memberships, beauty, or wellness sales preferred. Excellent English communication and strong interpersonal skills. Proactive, presentable, target-oriented, and detail-focused. Flexible to work shifts in a fast-paced environment. Non-smokers preferred.
