You’ll be responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, on-time, and without errors.This is a 100% remote, full-time role ideal for detail-oriented, organized individuals looking to start or grow a career in e-commerce / supply chain operations.What You'll Do:* Process and verify incoming customer purchase orders in the order management system* Check pricing, quantities, inventory availability, and shipping details for accuracy* Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure on-time fulfillment* Resolve order discrepancies, cancellations, and returns via email* Update order status, tracking info, and maintain clean records in ERP/CRM* Meet
