Order Entry Clerk

Job Description:The Order Entry Clerk is responsible for receiving and entering customer orders. The primary duties and responsibilities will be to perform work in accordance to the essential job activities.Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive, enter and process customer ordersProcess scrap ordersDisposition and distribution of denied warranties and customer approved ordersDaily log updatesProduction reportingAssist with training as neededIdentify, assist, and troubleshoot with technicians, management and customers with order investigations as neededSort and distribute incoming productShip confirmation of ordersAssist with denied warranties as neededPractice 5S and safetyTake appropriate corrective action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfactionAble to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working other shifts as neededPhysical DemandsRepetitive motionMust be able to lift up to 30 poundsEducation and Experience Requirements:High Sch
